What do you do every day?
Typical day starts with honoring myself- and taking me time! I exercise, or mediate, or set a target for my work day. I usually start work at 10 o'clock with client appointments and business meetings...I usually finish up at 6 pm with some me time.

Why do you love it?
Every single day I get to help people do better and be more confident. I focus on helping people move past abuse- through both my clinical background as a psychologist and my training as marriage and family therapist. I studied and focused on energy healing modalities and consciousness. The combination helps people work through abuse to live a thriving life. It's very satisfying.

What were your moments of fear and challenges in your career?
How do I go outside the traditional modalities and bridge that with the spiritual and energy modalities that I see as very prevalent today? When I was in school, that wasn't as well known. My fear was to be shunned by the clinical community while being embraced within the energy community.

What are some of the latest innovations in science that you are most excited about?
I'm really excited today about a biological medicine tour I took in Europe and got to know some naturopathic doctors in the US that were working on thermographs. Thermographs show a report that we use in energy modalities and access consciousness- this is something I’m working on a pilot for right now. There can be a change in chronic conditions through energy healing that is visually shown on the thermograph reading.

Who was your favorite teacher and why?
My favorite teacher was Judy Primavera- I met her my senior year of college. She really made my senior year expansive and very healing for me.

What is your unique talent?
I have a unique ear for somebody's power and potency! I really like to help people reach deep and get clarity so they can go on to live the life of their dreams. I also have a unique talent for playing the drums!

Tell us about your personal style.
I'm all about color! Some colleagues of mine pointed out that I have a definite color palette- lots of blues and yellows and greens! It really spoke to feeling confident and dressing up, even for work! The silkier, the better it feels on the body, the better you feel!

Is there a current book or book you love?
Anita Moorjani - her book on the afterworld and her change of perspective as a result.

What is your favorite website or fun activity?
I love to travel! I take vacations and like going to different places all the time!

What’s next for you?
It's really exciting- I'm in the midst of creating my own thirteen week radio show on Radio America! I have a couple new tele seminars coming up too!
